Greenfields Community School, in line with all other maintained Local Authority primary schools, is open for 195 days per year. Throughout the year, we have five INSET Days.
Greenfields is open for 32.5 hours per week.
The classroom doors are opened at 8:50am and parents are more than welcome to drop their children off within the classrooms at that time. School officially starts at 9:00am. There are short morning and afternoon breaks and a forty five minute dinnertime break.
The school then finishes at 3:15pm.
There is a Breakfast Club with spaces available for 40 children which runs from 8:30am to 9:00am.
