During Autumn 1, our focus will be exploring the fascinating history of the Vikings. We use a range of historical sources (including artefacts) to develop an understanding of what Viking life was like. In English, we will be using the book 'She Wolf' to further explore the culture and tradition of the Vikings and some of the things they are famous for. In Science, we will be learning about forces and how they effect our daily life. Autumn 1 will also see the children in Year 5 going swimming once a week. It's going to be a busy half term!
